Additional Property Visits: £100

Arrangements Fee for Works over £1000: 15% of net cost

Tenancy Renewal Paperwork Fee: £120

Abortive Letting Fee £300 plus out of pocket costs

Service of Notices; Serve Section 13: £50, Serve Section 21): £100

Insurance Claims Fee are £120 Per hour or £200 p/h for a Director

Court Attendance Fees are £120 Per hour or £200 p/h
